We are looking to speak with insurance coverage litigation associates to join our client’s cross disciplinary Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Washington, DC.
This is an excellent opportunity to pursue and advance your practice in complex insurance coverage, bad faith, and professional liability litigation.
You will litigate insurance and professional liability matters in courts throughout the country at both the trial and appellate levels.
You will learn and work alongside those with substantial experience counseling insurers in connection with coverage disputes relating to professional liability, cyber, directors and officers liability, and various other types of policies.
You will also have the opportunity to work with insurers in developing policy language for emerging insurance products and has significant experience assisting underwriters in assessing potential risk.

Annual salary: $225,000 – $265,000.
