Our client is a unique firm, focused on providing services to SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups and entrepreneurs. They are currently looking to bolster their consultancy lawyer intake, and are very keen to speak with Insolvency Lawyers with upwards of 8 years’ PQE who are looking to line up further consultancy work. This consultancy arrangement is non-exclusive and does not require a client following. This role is based in London, with the option of working on a hybrid basis.
Due to the nature of their clientele, prior experience in working with SMEs, start-ups and scale-ups is of notable interest.
Ideally, candidates should have a strong background obtained within notable law firms, ideally within the Top 50, Silver Circle or Magic Circle; possess upwards of 8 years’ PQE and a wealth of experience in handling a range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Exposure to both personal and corporate insolvency would be useful, along with experience in advising insolvency practitioners, funders, debtors, creditors, and business stakeholders.
