They are now seeking to grow their Insolvency and Restructuring offering with an additional solicitor. Working closely with a leading Partner in this field, the role will have a contentious focus, so litigation experience is essential. The team works on a range of insolvency matters advising everyone including banks, asset based lenders, insolvency practitioners, debtors, and other creditors.
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced solicitor with insolvency experience between NQ level and 4 years’ PQE. Your insolvency experience may have been within a general commercial litigation seat or post-qualified role;
- Confident focussing on contentious matters;
- Suited to the firm’s values of team work, integrity, efficiency and ambition;
- Confident and motivated to further their career by engaging in business development activities.
