A significant international firm is seeking a junior Insolvency Lawyer to join its very busy team. The firm has a stellar reputation in this area, bringing in an interesting range of work for a junior Lawyer to develop their experience in.
This will be a broad role, involving a mixture of Insolvency and Restructuring on contentious and non-contentious matters. This will include administrations, liquidations, fraud, directors’ duties, solvent and insolvent restructuring, CVAs and much more. Additionally, there’s a good range of clients including banks, major pension schemes, corporates, asset based lenders, insolvency practitioners and private equity houses.
The firm is a prominent and rapidly expanding global law firm, so this is a good opportunity for a junior Lawyer to join the firm at its headquarters in London.
The firm is interested in Insolvency Lawyers with experience of Restructuring and Insolvency matters, keen to engage on a range of contentious and non-contentious work. Good academics and training at a similarly highly regarded firm will be required for this role. The ideal candidate will be between newly qualified and 2 years’ PQE.
