They offer a collegiate environment and provide an unrivalled work-life balance, with employees being able to accrue up to an additional 13 days leave over the course of a year, on top of the standard 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

A key responsibility throughout this contract will be the managing the process and undertaking drafting/negotiating/approving data contracts with external suppliers and/or customers. Therefore, it is imperative that candidates should be able to demonstrate very strong commercial contracts experience, specifically with data and licensing contracts.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • Ideally upwards of 1 years’ PQE commercial law experience, or a wealth of prior commercial paralegal experience if at the NQ level
  • An incredibly strong technical grasp on commercial contracts, specifically data and licensing contracts
  • Experience gained within private practice, or another in house setting, focussing on commercial law
  • The desire to work in house
  • The ability to start a new contract role at short notice or immediately
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently

With offices based in Central London, the team operate on a hybrid working basis, with 50% of working days in the office, with the other 50% from home.

This is a great opportunity to work with a collegiate, non-hierarchical, team.
