In-House Counsel – Governance & Compliance

Our client’s Governance and Compliance practice consists of this international firm’s in-house counsel team, led by the General Counsel & Chief Governance Officers, who work with lawyers and colleagues across the firm to develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The team works in a wide range of areas, including Financial Crime (including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud prevention, market abuse and insider trading) and Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (including professional legal law and other legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the firm).

This role presents a challenge for a committed, German-qualified lawyer with robust professional experience in financial crime, regulation and compliance, to work as in-house counsel in a dynamic legal consulting firm within a strong team, which benefits from the resources of a large global commercial law firm.

This role can be based in either Munich or Dusseldorf.
