Our market leading client is looking for a successful applicant to join their dynamic team, initially on a part-time basis with the expectation that after a period you will be moving to a permanent position, in order to provide expertise on contract negotiations, staying on top of the evolving regulatory framework and providing assistance with internal company affairs.
Successful candidates will have substantial knowledge of SaaS agreements and ancillary documentation, such as order forms and statements of work. Experience in enterprise SaaS would be valued highly. You will also be expected to advise on compliance matters with EU and UK GDPR, as well as making sure that the business keeps up to date with the latest legal, insurance, security, and regulatory developments. Furthermore, the role will require those to provide the necessary advice on internal company documents such as minutes, resolutions and employment contracts.
You must be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE experience from a top tier law firm, or from an in-house team with a similar background focusing on commercial contracts within the tech space. There is flexible working with the company office being based in central London, and our client is flexible with regards to a hybrid working model.
Remuneration: Competitive (scaled for the part-time nature of the role – 3 days per week)
