We have been instructed on a fabulous opportunity to join a fantastic entity within the online sports betting and entertainment sectors. Our client, who is listed on the London Stock Exchange, has undergone remarkable growth in recent months, and are looking to expand their M&A team based in London.
You will be working in a small and collegiate team with access to hybrid and flexible working. Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities include managing ancillary transaction and other corporate documentation, including NDAs and engagement letters, as well as assisting with executing transactions across the capital structure, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions, the majority of which will be international or cross-border in nature.
Successful applicants will have a strong M&A background from an internationally recognised law firm within the UK, or from an in-house function with a significant background in M&A transactional work. You must be UK qualified with at least 2 years’ experience.
