Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer. 12 month FTC

Our client is a highly regarded Top 50 firm in London. They are looking to bring on board an Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer / Immigration Professional Support Lawyer for a contract of 12 months to cover a period of leave.

The firm’s Immigration team has a superb reputation within the Immigration field and boasts extensive experience in advising businesses on the sponsorship of migrant workers under Tiers 2 and 5 of the points-based system, sponsor licence obligations and right to work policies. They also advise high net-worth individuals and their families on personal immigration matters and relocation to the UK. The team also frequently advises employers and individuals on EU law and the implications of Brexit.

The successful Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer will work closely with the highly regarded Immigration team in drafting, reviewing, maintaining and updating precedents, practice notes, checklists, toolkits and all other forms of know-how documents; keeping the team abreast of new developments within Immigration law and legal challenges; providing training; drafting and reviewing articles to be circulated to the team, clients and online forums, amongst other duties.

Candidates should either have previous experience as an Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer / Immigration Professional Support Lawyer or be an experienced Immigration Lawyer (with upwards of 5 years’ PQE) looking to move into a Knowledge Development/Professional Support role. A strong understanding of a full array of corporate and personal immigration matters is essential.

Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales is desired along with experience gained within notable City, West End or top tier Regional teams.

The firm operates on a hybrid working pattern.
