A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Housing Management/Property Litigation paralegal. The role is permanent and is based in the London office.
The role will involve advising clients (registered Social Housing providers/private landlords) on a broad range of matters including (but not exclusively) anti-social behaviour, unauthorised occupiers and rent arrears. Specific duties include (but are not limited to): drafting and preparing claim forms, preparing trial bundles, liaising with Court prior to trial, and assisting with general paralegal and administrative tasks in an effective and timely manner.
Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (minimum 2:2) or GDL, successful or near completion of the LPC, and excellent IT and organisational skills. Knowledge of Document Management Systems is preferable.
Relevant and significant experience in a similar role dealing with property litigation, and experience working with housing associations/registered providers is essential.
