Our client’s international Financial Services team is looking for an associate to play an integral part in their FS Funds team. The ideal candidate will be 0-3 years PQE level, with good exposure to Hedge Funds.
The Funds and Financial Services regulatory teams are recognised for both technical excellence and outstanding commerciality, in connection with a wide range of global structuring, investment and service development projects.
Working alongside their international teams, this role presents an opportunity to do cutting-edge work for asset managers and financial institutions, setting up hedge fund structures in a variety of jurisdictions – both offshore and onshore – primarily in the Cayman Islands.
The firm is looking for a talented and technical lawyer, who has the ambition and aptitude to embrace the first class client base in the asset management and financial institutions sectors and is looking to further develop their knowledge and experience of this exciting and evolving industry.
