Our client’s Chicago office is seeking associates with 2-4 years of regulatory and compliance experience working with clients in the health care industry.
Preferred candidates will have a good understanding of:
- Fraud and abuse laws, including Stark and the federal anti-kickback statute;
- Corporate practice of medicine restrictions, and licensing and enrolment rules and regulations; and
- Medicare and Medicaid fee-for-service regulatory and reimbursement principles, including general knowledge of billing, coding and cost reporting concepts.
