Our client, a Texas-HQ law firm, is searching for a growth hire in its top-rate Healthcare team in Dallas, specifically at the junior end (Class of 2021+).
This firm is well-known for its Healthcare practice which includes Fortune 100 clients. It counsels and represents clients ranging from multinational Fortune 100 enterprises to start-ups on a broad range of healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters. The work will involve:
- Healthcare privacy,
- Compliance with state corporate practice of medicine laws
- Fraud and abuse prohibitions,
- Revenue cycle management,
- Healthcare related licensing, outsourcing, strategic affiliations,
- Commercial technology transactions
- Physician and hospital transactions,
- Clinical trials,
- Health technology,
- Managed care, and
- Healthcare related mergers and acquisitions
