Our client, a UK law firm with offices in London, is looking for a senior lawyer with substantial corporate and commercial experience to lead the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department.
The successful candidate should have over 5 years of PQE and a demonstrable track record of business development. Prospective candidates will be expected to bring with them a book of business, which they can further develop within the new platform.
The ideal candidate will boast extensive corporate and commercial experience, capable of taking charge of matters encompassing M&A, JVs, reorganisations, mergers, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, intellectual property, etc.
