We are looking to speak with mid-senior level associates to join our client’s Employment Litigation practice group in New Orleans.
Our client is a nationwide leading Employment Litigation firm that is rapidly growing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy practice and take ownership with litigating and trying cases in many jurisdictions, inside and outside of New Orleans.
You will represent employers in employment litigation, business disputes, and related administrative matters. You will be assigned cases on all aspects of labor and employment law, including the defense of claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination. You will have experience handling the defense of claims under the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA and similar state laws. You will be required to travel to Florida frequently, candidates who reside across the Gulf Coast will be considered on a remote/hybrid basis. Admission to the Florida Bar is required, admission to Louisiana, Mississippi and/or Alabama preferred.Salary range: $200,000 – $250,000
