This is an opportunity to get your teeth into tackling the most challenging labor and employment matters.
Our client has prevailed in what are believed to be the largest class actions under several different U.S. employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the wage and hour laws – handling the most controversial National Labor Relations Board case in memory, and reshaped the law of employee benefit plans with precedent-setting appellate victories.
You will work with attorneys who have held senior government positions and are recognized leaders in the field.
If you have 2+ years’ class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination experience, we would be interested to discuss this opportunity with you.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $400,000.
