This is an opportunity to join a team that leverages decades of prior experience and relationships from former positions in government agencies, including the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as from such industries as automotive and technology, financial services, aerospace, defense and healthcare.
This go-to team helps clients navigate the intricacies of government contracts law, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). They also routinely address and resolve national security issues.
This is a great opportunity to also offer clients deep experience in technology-related domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements and other technology transactions, foreign military sales and foreign military financing, and dispute resolution and litigation support.

Annual salary range: $250,000 – $370,000.
