If you are a Funds lawyer – or a Corporate or Finance lawyer open to a Funds role – we would be keen to hear from you. Our client is a truly global practice with an established office in the City. With many lawyers formerly of MC and US firms, this is an elite law firm with a heavyweight Funds group.
You will be joining a team which works across jurisdictions and acts for major corporates, funds, and financial institutions. You will have a broad remit on the full range of funds including private equity and hedge funds and across all stages include structuring, restructuring, maintenance and regulatory matters.
You will ideally have between five and seven years’ PQE, although we would be keen to see strong applicants outside of this level.
The firm pays a very high City salary together with a full benefits package.
