We are working with a market-leading alternative legal service provider, who is looking to speak with Lawyers with Funds experience within the Financial services, investment funds, or asset management sectors, who would consider contract opportunities In-House, and are available immediately or at short notice.
Contracts often in notable organisations based in London will likely be for 6 months initially, with the potential for further extension.
In order to be successful in your application, you will be an E&W qualified lawyer, or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia or New Zealand) with experience in broad funds gained from a respected City firm or leading financial institutions.
You will also have:
- Upwards of 2 years’ PQE.
- Excellent drafting skills, and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate succinctly with clients.
- The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
