Our client is looking to hire a qualified lawyer (List I) in Luxembourg, with good French and German language skills and demonstrable transactional experience, to join the growing Luxembourg transactional team, to work on Corporate, Funds and Regulatory matters.
You will be working with a growing and collegiate team of transactional lawyers in the Luxembourg office, with opportunities to work with other colleagues across the global network. The firm’s offering in this jurisdiction focusses on providing Funds, Corporate, Commercial, Tax and Regulatory advice to clients.
In addition to advising on a variety of Corporate, Regulatory and Funds matters in respect of Luxembourg law, you will be supporting the Luxembourg transactional team and working as part of this team in advising on setting up Luxembourg structures in line with the clients’ commercial requirements, implementing the advice (project management and drafting), updating the structures over the life of the matter and where required, the exit, liquidation or migration of the structure.
