We are looking to speak with a junior-level Funds Finance Attorney to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Our client has a globally recognized Fund Finance practice. Their market-leading team, which spans the U.S. and Europe, provides clients with practical, yet cutting-edge, advice. They regularly represent the agent, lead arrangers and lenders on subscription credit, capital call and other fund finance facilities for private equity, real estate and other investment funds of all sizes and vintages sponsored by many of the world’s preeminent fund sponsors.
Your practice will be focussed on fund finance, including fund of hedge funds, secondaries financing, NAV facilities, subscription lines and hybrid transactions. You will also represent banks and financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities.
Annual salary range: $215,000 – $250,000
