We are looking to speak with mid to senior-level private funds Associates to join our client’s fund formation and counseling practice in New York.
This is an awesome opportunity to work on the capital raising and transactional activities of private equity firms and private companies.
You will work in a fantastic team representing fund sponsors in forming a broad variety of private equity funds, including real asset funds, growth equity funds, buyout funds, impact investing funds, mezzanine funds and funds-of-funds.
You may also extend your practice to represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, dispositions and financings, as well as strategic investors participating in private placements and M&A transactions.
Annual salary range: $262,500 – $350,000.
