We have received direct instruction from our client, a highly regarded global law firm, to find an FS Regulatory associate to join their thriving London FinTech practice team on a 6 -12-month FTC.
The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, and possess an interest in FinTech and financial services regulation. The firm’s impressive technology client base means that the role will involve advising on the regulatory aspects of emerging technology, such as payments, e-money, crypto assets, and blockchain, as well as more traditional regulatory structures.
The candidate will work alongside experienced lawyers across the financial services and technology teams, gaining exposure to consumer finance, ESG and climate finance, and investment structures, among other areas.
The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified and have 3+ years of PQE gained at a reputable FS regulatory practice.
