Our client is a highly respected global law firm, with a well-renowned financial regulatory team that is recognised across the directories. The team is regarded as one of the largest in the UK and is spread across multiple UK offices.
The department is matching the firm’s growth curve, and they are now seeking an additional Financial Regulation Associate with 3-5 years PQE to join the London team.
The successful candidate will have a good level of experience in the financial regulation of wholesale markets, conduct issues, investments, financial instruments, brokers, funds, platforms, and exchanges. Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge of financial regulation in the UK, including FSMA and the FCA Handbook, and have a good understanding of EU frameworks and how post-Brexit divergence is trending.
As the department works closely with the inner workings of their clients, there may be the opportunity to assist clients internally through secondments to further enable your professional growth.
