This highly respected offshore law firm is seeking a senior finance lawyer for its established Hong Kong team.
Applicants should have an excellent academic record, exceptional communication skills and should have at least five years of high-level finance experience. No previous offshore experience is necessary and, though based in Hong Kong, no Chinese language capability is required.
The work will be varied and interesting (a wide range of cross-border transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance, restructuring) and this is a great chance to work within a friendly, collegiate team with partners who are known to be experts in their field.
