The new hire will be responsible for handling a diverse range of complex finance transactions. This will include working on secured and unsecured financings and refinancings, private equity investments, and restructurings.
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified and will have between 2-4 years of post-qualification experience obtained at a highly respected finance practice in the UK. Experience in one or more areas such as general banking and finance, real estate finance, structured and debt finance, restructuring, and Islamic finance is essential for this position. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate an outstanding academic background and a consistent career trajectory.
