This is a rare opportunity to join a burgeoning finance practice of a top tier US firm’s Singapore office working on big regional deals in the South East Asian region.
You may be Singapore, Australian, or England & Wales qualified but must have an excellent academic background and experience in cross-border transactions from a top tier firm. The workload will be a very broad finance one with potential for exposure to project, acquisition, leveraged, and structured finance matters. Some cross-over with the M&A practice is also likely. Strong preference will be given to those already based in Singapore or with strong ties to the city.
