Our client, a global law firm known for its down-to-earth culture, is looking for an Associate to join its busy, growing syndicated lending and acquisition finance team in Atlanta.
The team represents financial institutions, direct and institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers on cutting-edge domestic and cross-border leveraged and investment-grade lending. The team is often instructed on first-of-its kind lending and financing transactions.
The team is unique in the way it truly works across different offices including London. The Partner structure is one to be commended; the way it is structured means that everyone is incentivised to collaborate. Partnership is something that is encouraged, and you will be guided throughout the process. That being said, if that’s not for you, you will be supported to do something else – whether that be going in-house or taking on another Senior role within the firm.
