Our client is a well respected, multi-office regional law firm. They offer a full range of legal services to their clients, and have highly regarded commercial/corporate teams, property team and private wealth teams.
Currently their large and busy private Family department is looking to add at the junior level, to assist the senior members of the team due to an ongoing increase in new instructions.
Owing to the reputation of the firms Family team, they are seeing an increase in new clients so this hire is due to growth and demand.
The role will require:
- UK qualified solicitor.
- NQ upwards to 4 PQE – ideally.
- Must have trained at a recognised law firm.
- A good understanding of private family law.
- The ability to show empathy.
- Calm demeanour.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Hunger to succeed and build a career in a successful team.
This role will suit a junior solicitor who is not within a busy team, who is hungry to learn and be around a team of very busy family solicitors. It will suit a person who is commercially minded who will want to utilise the firms’ full service status, cross selling and networking amongst colleagues to bring further business to the department.
