We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing law firm for a Family Lawyer with 4+ years of experience to work on a 6-12 month contract. Due to an increasing caseload, this Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate to come in and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
- Providing sound legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are upheld.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve favourable outcomes for clients and maintain the firm’s excellent reputation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
- A valid law license and registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- The ability to work independently, and as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
