Unlike most firms, our client combines its day-to-day compliance practice with its robust M&A practice, allowing for more comprehensive advice when negotiating a transaction and planning for integration.
This is an opportunity for attorneys with 3+ years’ experience (and interest) in executive compensation and employee benefits matters in the context of M&A deals (particularly private equity), as well as in executive compensation, particularly public-company advisory work, more generally.
