We are looking to speak with experienced executive compensation and employee benefits associates with experience in public and private M&A transactions, equity compensation design, negotiation of employment and separation agreements, tax matters including Section 409A and Section 280G, and advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters.
Annual salary: $295,000 – $415,000.
