This is an excellent New York opportunity for an experienced associate with experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues, together with a broad range of transactional executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
You will join a team of lawyers who are closely involved in advising clients on the intricacies of tax and securities laws relating to executive compensation and employee benefits, including ERISA.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $400,000.
