We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Executive Compensation Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Our client’s ERISA & Executive Compensation Practice Group advises clients – including public companies, private companies, tax-exempt organizations, compensation committees, boards of directors or trustees, private equity and venture capital funds, executives, employees and independent contractors, creditors’ committees for companies in bankruptcy, investment and administrative committees for 403(b), 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans and governmental entities – on the many issues they face in structuring compensation and benefits arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in advising clients on matters involving executive compensation and employee benefits, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate restructurings. You will counsel clients on equity-based and other incentive plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and employment, severance and change in control agreements, as well as on public company compensation disclosure, tax-qualified plan, welfare plan and ERISA fiduciary matters.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $345,000
