Executive Compensation Associate – Boston

Annual salary: $310,000 – $435,000

You will join a platform that has been providing sophisticated advice since ERISA was enacted.

This is a Boston opportunity to advance your practice advising both public and private companies in structuring, implementing and administering equity-based and incentive compensation plans and programs, including providing advice with respect to tax and securities law concerns that arise in connection with such plans and arrangements.

The team regularly advises companies in connection with the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as represent investment managers and investment funds regarding the establishment and operation of collective investment funds, venture capital operating companies and real estate operating companies.
