Our client, a top-tier international law firm is looking for a capable Senior Associate or Counsel in its ECEB team in New York.
The team assists its clients, mainly major US and other multinational companies, on designing, implementing and maintaining global incentive and compensation arrangements (in particular share-based plans), and advising on legal/regulatory/tax matters associated with global compensation arrangements in cross-border M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs and redomestications.
