We are looking to speak with New York admitted law firm associates (Class 2016-2021) to join our client’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice group in New York City.

This is an awesome opportunity to practice the full gamut of executive compensation and employee benefit. You will work on matters across tax, ERISA, accounting, corporate, and securities law aspects of equity and other incentive compensation plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation plans and executive employment and severance arrangements, including in connection with complex domestic and international business transactions.
