Our client’s Palo Alto office seeks an attorney with extensive experience in Executive Compensation and Benefits. Transactional experience is preferred, including experience with due diligence processes, employee benefits research and review of employee benefits provisions of transaction documents. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (e.g., 409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83) also preferred.
California bar membership is preferred.
Excellent academics and solid law firm experience required.
