This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd year environmental Attorney to grow their practice on energy, environmental and natural resources matters, including environmental justice and related emerging policy issues, facing interactions with regulators, investigations and litigation.
This team is uniquely positioned to help clients solve complex litigation and regulatory challenges, including those related to climate change and environmental justice. You will counsel clients through complex enforcement actions, understanding governmental priorities, procedures, and tactics founded on the team’s years of public service investigating and prosecuting environmental and white-collar cases.
