This is a superb, new role acting on enfranchisement matters for a renowned London firm. Our client law firm has real estate and related areas as a core part of their offering, so anyone joining the firm into this role will be joining a firm which places a high value on enfranchisement work.
Experience in contentious enfranchisement work is key for the role, as this will be the focus of the position. Acting for both landlords and tenants and for prestigious clients, whilst working with leading partners in this area, this is a role that demands your attention.
We will consider applicants at ideally one to five years’ PQE, although we will consider strong applications outside this level. You should have experience at a highly-rated London or national firm.
