Our client is a well-established legal consulting firm that possesses expertise in providing guidance for significant transactions in the regions of the Middle East and Africa. At present, they are in search of a senior-level litigator to work on a project in a consulting capacity.
While prior experience with clients in the KSA or the Middle East would be advantageous, it is not obligatory.
It is crucial to be qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, and to have undergone training and/or gained experience within a prestigious International Law firm known for its litigation.
The Role:
As a Senior Litigation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of strategic litigation initiatives, tackling energy-related disputes with finesse and precision. Your legal acumen and years of experience will play a pivotal role in influencing outcomes and shaping legal strategies for a respected industry player.
Requirements:
- An England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in litigation, preferably with a focus on energy-related disputes.
- A proven track record of handling complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Expertise in both Arabic and English languages for effective communication.
- Analytical brilliance and the ability to dissect intricate legal issues with strategic insight.
- A natural leader, adept at managing teams, collaborating with colleagues, and guiding clients.
