Our client is looking for a mid-level associate to join their market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in San Francisco, Houston, Washington, D.C. or New York.
They are looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in one or more energy areas involving M&A, tax-equity transactions, project financing or development (power purchase and offtake agreements, EPC and procurement contracts, O&M agreements, shared facility agreements, etc.) for renewable or conventional energy projects, assets or businesses.
