Our client is a global law firm, recognised internationally for their work in the energy and infrastructure sector. They are looking to expand their London team by bringing in an Energy and Infrastructure Associate with 1-4 years’ PQE.
The role will involve acting for energy and infrastructure clients, handling the full span of financing transactions to financial close, and post financing advice. The clients of the team include international banks, private equity funds, and some of the largest oil and gas companies in the UK. The team regularly acts on market-leading projects with international investment banks and FTSE 100 companies.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong academics with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Have gained experience in a large commercial law firm, with a strong energy practice.
- Be collaborative, and able to build strong work relationships in an agile environment.
- Have between 1-4 years PQE.
