A new opportunity has arisen within a well-established employment team in Reading. They are looking for a junior solicitor to join them due to growth and an exciting expansion on their client base. The successful candidate will be assisting this sizeable team on a broad range of employment law matters including disciplinary proceedings, TUPE issues, the termination of employment and unlawful dismissal claims.

The successful candidate must have a good working knowledge in relation to employment law matters and you must be confident in working with clients directly as well as getting involved in business development opportunities.
To be considered for a role in this successful team, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor between NQ-3 years PQE.
- Have completed a seat in your training contract in employment law.
- Have a can-do attitude.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
