We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor with 6+ years of post-qualification experience for a 6-month fixed-term contract with a large US law firm. While the team primarily supports the firm’s main practice areas, particularly the corporate team, they also undertake broader corporate work.
As part of the team, you will work in collaboration with the Litigation team, providing a diverse range of work, including intriguing investigations. Although the primary focus of this role is transaction support, they are looking for a lawyer who enjoys working on deals and is interested in the broader aspects of an Employment Lawyer’s role.
Approximately 65-70% of the responsibilities will involve working on deals, including due diligence, reviewing service/settlement agreements related to transactions, and analysing Sale and Purchase Agreements and warranties.
- 4-8 years’ experience in UK Employment Law.
- England & Wales or Commonwealth Qualified solicitor
- Experience at a top-tier UK or US law firm.
