Employment Solicitor

A highly regarded law firm are looking to expand their employment team in Bristol. The role will mainly be focused on contentious matters, but the successful candidate will be expected to get involved with non-contentious transactions from time to time. The work on offer will include advising clients on Employment Tribunal claims, as well as drafting witness statements, pleadings, and settlement agreements.

Candidates will need to be qualified solicitors to be considered, and FCILEx candidates will also be considered. This firm have a hybrid working policy in place, whereby you will be working 3 days from home and 2 in the office.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, or due to qualify soon;
  • Have experience in contentious employment law matters;
  • Be able to manage their own case-load;
  • Work well as part of a team.
