The team advise a range of employer clients from national as well as international corporates and SMEs.
The type of work on offer will include Employment Tribunal support, handling day-to-day enquiries, reviewing & drafting employment documents and advising on wider workplace issues. You will also advise board directors and senior executives on matters including employment disputes, settlement agreements and engagements & terminations.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Have trained at a regional or national firm;
- Have a strong academic background;
- Have experience in acting for employers on the full spectrum of employment matters;
- Be able to work collegiately as part of a close-knit team.
