Our client, the London office of a US-headquartered firm arew looking to add an exceptional Employment lawyer at Senior Associate or Counsel level to support their premium corporate team.
The firm’s substantial European practice has a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity funds, financings and restructurings. Lawyers in the firm’s London office work closely with their colleagues around the world.
The firm’s London employment practice assists clients with a wide variety of employment matters, regularly advising on the employment aspects of complex and high value Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as on cyber security work, executive service contacts, senior executive terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters and discrimination issues.
This position attracts a market-leading salary and quality of work, and selection for this role will be rigorous. In order to be considered, you will most likely have:
- A very strong academic background;
- Training from a City or International firm; and
- Probably at least 6 years’ post-qualification experience of supporting a high quality corporate team in ancillary employment law matters.
