Our client, a fantastic labor & employment boutique law firm with multiple national offices, is looking to expand its growing Litigation team in Nashville, Tennessee. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years’ experience in a strong employment litigation team.
The team defends and litigates lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. They represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. The team provides advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.

The associate should have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, have experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues, strategically and analytically minded, be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Candidates must be licensed in Tennessee.
