This is an awesome opportunity to join a nationwide practice and take ownership with litigating and trying cases in many jurisdictions, inside and outside of DC.
You will represent employers in employment litigation, business disputes, and related administrative matters.
You will be assigned and staffed leanly on all aspects of labor and employment law, including the defense of claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as similar state and local laws before numerous state and federal courts and agencies.
Salary range: $150,000- $250,000
